Mentor Training

For years, Browns Bridge has had the privilege of investing in students through mentoring relationships in Forsyth County. This fall, we're excited to expand that opportunity into Dawson County as well.

One thing we've heard consistently from school leaders in both counties is this: students need caring adults who will simply show up for them. We believe our church is full of people who can be that person.

If you can commit to spending 30 minutes a week with a student at a school that's convenient for you, we'll equip you every step of the way with ongoing support, monthly ideas and activities throughout the school year.

To make getting started as easy as possible, representatives from both Dawson and Forsyth County mentoring programs will be coming to Browns Bridge on Sunday, August 23, to offer the required mentor training right here on our campus. When you sign up, you can reserve your spot in either the 9:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. training session—whichever works best for you.
