Bryan and Shannon Miles are driven by a deep passion for pouring into and mentoring business owners. Their entrepreneurial journey began in 2010 during the Great Recession when they founded BELAY. Under their leadership, BELAY grew to a team of over 2,000 people and earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies for 10 consecutive years. In June of 2021, the Miles did a successful majority recap with Tenex Capital Management for BELAY. Today, in addition to owning NoFo Brew Co., which was founded in 2018, the Miles actively invest in businesses and real estate through Miles AG, creating opportunities for growth worldwide.

With a long history of building businesses and supporting leaders, they created O’nr as a safe harbor for business owners who risk so much to build not just successful businesses, but meaningful legacies.
