I was really hesitant to start leading in Transit. I am the CEO of a company with a very busy schedule, and I wasn’t sure I could commit to leading a small group. But despite my reservations, I decided to step up, and I’m so glad I did.
During my time as a small group leader, I faced a lot of adversity in both my personal and professional life. There were definitely challenges along the way, but looking back, I can honestly say it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life.
I grew so much personally and spiritually through that time. The growth I experienced in my own faith was powerful, but what was even more rewarding was getting to witness the growth in my students. It was such a privilege to be part of their journey and to see how God worked in their lives. I’ll always be grateful for the way leading in Transit shaped me and deepened my relationship with God.
